This Valentine’s Day, whether you’re celebrating with your favourite person, your best mates or the whole crew, make it an unforgettable moment at Longshore. Inspired by the sun-kissed Aussie coastline, our exclusive set-menu and à la carte dishes are a celebration of Australia’s natural beauty, showcasing the finest produce from both sea and land.
From Thursday 13th to Saturday 15th February, join us for a culinary journey curated by Executive Chef Jarrod Walsh. Expect dishes loaded with aphrodisiacs, starting with a chilled seafood spread featuring delicate Sydney Rock Oysters, Jervis Bay mussels, Abrolhos Island scallops, and Clarence River octopus.
Westholme Wagyu beef tartare with smoked oyster cream followed by masterfully grilled Westholme MBS+5 Wagyu sirloin frites served with roasted nori béarnaise and tarragon will take centre stage.
For the sweetest finale, savour the ‘Pav-love-ahh’, designed to share and made with lychee rose sorbet, strawberries, white chocolate curd and whipped cream.
On arrival, we’ll be pouring complimentary sparkling to set the mood as the music amps up and the vibes flow. For those wanting to customise their experience, our à la carte menu is also available.
