We’ve got a super exciting Chef Collab Event at Longshore on Wednesday 25 September from 6pm – 10:30pm.

Longshore Head Chef, Jarrod & Kiln Head Chef, Mans are joining forces to put on a special selection of snacks along side FOUR PILLARS Cocktails and of course a DJ to bring the vibes.

Mans Engberg started his training as a chef at the highly regarded Au Passage in Paris after moving from his home country of Sweden. His style of cooking uses classic techniques, premium produce, fresh flavours, and he is an absolute master of fish cookery and butchery. Combined with the expertise of our very own Longshore Head Chef, Jarrod, we can’t wait for you to try what they’ve come up with.

Olive Brined Red Spot Whiting & Brioche Fish Finger
Grilled Octopus Gilda – lardo, habanero
Coral Prawn Crudo – potato hash brown, caviar
Tempura Fried Shiso – radish, uni
Sake Marinated Blue Mackerel – crispy rice
Nduja Doughnut – smoked tuna ham
Candied Egg Yolk – lemon verbena, Italian meringue
